Exchanges
We gladly facilitate exchanges only under the following circumstances:
- The size received does not correspond with the measurements provided in our official size chart.
- An incorrect article has been delivered.
Exchange Eligibility
To request an exchange, please ensure that:
- You notify us within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving your order.
- You provide clear photographic evidence comparing:
- The article ordered with the article received, or
- The garment measurements against our published size chart.
- The item is returned to us within 7 days of the delivery date.
- The garment is unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
Exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions may not be approved.
